Tarotplane - Murmuration
Through live instrumentation, drifting synths and bubbling electronics, Tarotplane’s Murmuration moves between serene ambience and exploratory sound design. Flute, guitar, drones and hypnotic patterns weave through an increasingly cosmic palette, shifting from the spacious opener ‘Papilionidae’ into the blissful, stuttering keys of ‘Descartes Camera’.
Across Side B, fluttering electronics and heavy bass tones push the album into more intense, synthesised territory. Rich in narrative and character, Murmuration creates a vast, otherworldly space before closing with the distorted vocals and extra-terrestrial textures of ‘Kappa and Sender’.
