From 1 July 2026, parcels entering the European Union from outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to a new customs charge.

A duty of €3 may be applied per item category contained within the shipment. This applies to physical formats and merchandise, including vinyl, CDs, tapes and clothing.

Orders containing one or more vinyl records will usually be treated as a single category, resulting in a €3 charge.

Orders containing different product categories, such as vinyl and clothing, may be charged separately. A parcel containing one record and one T-shirt could therefore incur a €6 charge.

These fees are imposed by EU customs authorities and are not determined or collected by us.

Where available, we will use delivery services that allow customs charges to be paid in advance. This may reduce delays and additional costs on arrival. Depending on the destination and postal carrier, customers may still be required to pay import VAT, customs duties or handling fees before delivery.

Please consider these charges before placing an order. We will continue to make the shipping process as clear and direct as possible

Demo-policy

Dear producers and musicians,

Unfortunately, we are not accepting demos. As a small independent label, we focus on working closely with artists already connected to the label and its community.

Please also refrain from sending music for feedback, as we are unable to give every submission the time and attention it deserves.
