EU orders

From 1 July 2026, parcels entering the European Union from outside the EU may be subject to a €3 customs charge per product category contained within the shipment.

These charges are imposed by EU customs authorities and are not set, collected or paid by npm.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import VAT, duties or carrier handling fees applied to their order.

Orders containing one or more vinyl records will usually be treated as a single product category and may therefore incur a €3 charge. Orders containing different categories of goods, such as vinyl and clothing, may incur separate charges.

Please consider any potential import charges before placing an order.

We are not currently accepting demos.

As a small independent label, we focus on working closely with artists already connected to the label and its community.

Please do not send music for feedback. We are unable to give unsolicited submissions the time and attention they deserve.
